Student Housing Watch is a group of parents and residents. We are not lawyers. We collect documents about move-out charges at student-housing properties owned by Centurion Property Group, and we help people dispute charges in their own names.
We started after a parent and lease guarantor's family was billed move-out charges that the property's own record did not support. We publish only documents, facts we can source, and opinions we label as opinions.
Nothing here is legal advice. Our templates and summaries are a starting point. Check every statute before you file, or ask a lawyer. Many campuses have free student legal services.
Member rules
These rules apply in our Discord server and anywhere we share your words.
- Documents and facts only. Redact Social Security numbers, account numbers, phone numbers and addresses before uploading.
- Describe what happened to you. Do not characterize employees or guess at motives.
- Your words may be shared with regulators, reporters or attorneys only after you say so in #consent.
- No doxxing, no threats, no coordinated review-bombing. Violations are removed and the member is banned.
- Nothing here is legal advice. Student Housing Watch is run by parents and residents, not lawyers.
Corrections
If a fact we published turns out to be wrong, we correct it in place within 24 hours, with the date, and say what changed.
If you represent a company named on this site and believe a statement of fact is wrong, email us the document that shows it. We will check it and correct the page.
Privacy
This site has no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking. The document generator runs only in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or stored anywhere.
